Our aim is to improve the lives of employees working in the security and facility management sector, along with their families. Employees in this field often face various challenges and issues, and addressing these concerns is our top priority. These problems include working long hours, low wages or delayed payments, and mental stress. Additionally, these employees suffer from a lack of social support, fatigue, and limited access to healthcare services.
Such difficult circumstances not only affect the employees but also have a significant impact on their families. Many times, their families face challenges such as temporary housing, employment issues, and lack of educational opportunities. Due to the inability to focus on their children's education and a lack of technical skills, employees often miss opportunities to improve their lives.
Our goal is to take concrete steps to economically and socially empower these employees and their families. Through welfare programs, we aim to address their problems and inspire them to lead better lives. We strive to enhance their lifestyle by providing access to healthcare services, training programs, and social security initiatives.
Furthermore, we are working towards ensuring a bright future for their children. One of our priorities is to provide scholarships to meritorious children, encouraging them to pursue higher education. We believe that education is the key to societal change, and through these children, a positive transformation in the security and facility management sector can be achieved.
We also aim to ensure that employees receive a safe and respectful working environment. Resolving technical issues, ensuring the availability of equipment, and eliminating hazardous working conditions are among our objectives.
